Safety Training & Protective Equipment

• Extensive safety training is an ongoing process. We require employees to participate in monthly safety meetings to keep them alert to safety and make safety a constant, daily focus.

• All employees are equipped with proper hearing protection, eye protection, and gloves.

Modern Equipment and Safety-Focused Business Practices

• We have established proper equipment and taken precautions across our facilities to prevent accidents from occurring:

  • All machinery is up to date with OSHA standards for guarding and safety devices.

  • Newly installed machines are computerized and will not run if guards and housings are not in place.

  • Scissor lifts have been placed throughout our locations to assist our staff with lifting and avoid back problems.

  • We have updated our equipment to use Lean Manufacturing and less manpower wherever possible.
